To order by remote, a DIRECTV subscription is required and your DIRECTV receiver(s) must be continuously connected to the same land-based phone line. If you wish to call-in an order at 1-800-531-5000, you’ll be charged an additional $1.50 when using the automated ordering system or an additional $5 charge if an operator-assisted order.
