Asian Games Opening Ceremony Start Time, TV Channel Schedule

 

The Asian Games 2014 unveils the lavish Opening ceremony that is held in Incheon, South Korea on Friday, September 19.

Asian Games, the biggest sports spectacle outside the Olympics, features 10,000 athletes from 45 different countries, including this year, the North Korean delegates, competing for 42 sports disciplines.

Expected to perform in the Asian Games Opening Ceremony is no other than singer PSY and other Korean pop stars like JYJ and EXO.

The Philippines consists of 150 delegates that would compete in 28 disciplines. The Filipino contingent are led by the National Basketball team Gilas Pilipinas, coming from a great performances in FIBA World Cup Spain.

Part of the VIPs would be International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach. The Asian Games Opening Ceremony is to be held at the 60,000-seat Asiad Main Stadium in Incheon.

TV5 airs the Asian Opening Ceremony in the Philippines which starts at 7:00 PM ET.
