Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giants Schedule: Odds, Point Spread, TV Channel, Prediction, and Preview

Are the Dallas Cowboys the best in the NFL? While experts believe that the Cowboys are dangerous this season, they are doubtful about the continuity of the current streak. The Cowboys have emerge as the team to beat in the NFC, after defeating the defending Super Bowl champions Seahawks last Sunday.

Part of the success of the Cowboys would be the explosion of running back Demarco Murray who seeks to become the first running back to begin a season with seven 100-yard rushing games. Moreover, the Cowboys also seek for their sixth straight victory as they host the New York Giants on Sunday at 4:25 PM ET at the AT&T Stadium
Arlington, TX.

Murray already has accumulated 785 yards in six games, 243 more than Le’Veon Bell’s second best. Dallas is the leader in the NFL with 33.3 rushes per game while it averages 160.3 yards on the ground. Because of the powerful offense through Murray, the Cowboys have a 5-1 start.

The emergence of Murray on the ground removes some of the pressure from quarterback Tony Romo, who has been doing fine in the current streak. Romo completed 21 of 32 passes for 250 yards and two touchdowns without interceptions against the defense of the Seahawks.

Romo found Terrance Williams with 70 yards and Dez Bryant with 63 yards in a 30-23 win over the Seahawks. With Romo playing well and Murray navigating with ease, the Cowboys aim for a victory against the Giants.

Offensively, Dallas averages 238.3 yards in passing and 160.3 in rushing. Defensively, Dallas yields 227.5 yards in passing and 115 in rushing.

The NY Giants (3-3) are back in the contention in the NFC East but they suffered a bump in a loss to Philadelphia 27-0 last Sunday.

Eli Manning just completed 13 of 23 passes for 151 yards without any touchdowns. Both the passing and rushing offenses fo the Giants couldn’t withstand the defense of the Eagles.

In the games that the Giants have won, the Giants averaged 35 points. Because of the importance of this game, the Giants would probably miss the offense of receiver Victor Cruz who tore his right patellar tendon against the Eagles. He will missed the rest of the season.

”You just hate it happened to Victor because he loves playing this game,” Manning said. ”He has a great attitude, and so to see him get injured and be out for the season, I feel for him.”

Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giants tv schedule is on Fox. Cowboys vs Giants odds and point spread: -6.5 Dallas.
