Cincinnati Bengals vs New Orleans Saints: TV Channel Schedule, Kick Off Time, Scores and Highlights

The Cincinnati Bengals look the change the way they play for a last push in the playoff as they meet the New Orleans Saints on sunday at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, New Orleans, LA.

Before it’s too late, the Bengals look for an answer after posting a 2-3-1 record after winning their first three games.

The Bengals (5-3-1) had a 14-game winning straight at home but they failed to keep the streak by losing Cleveland, 24-3 week. The offense accumulated only 165 total yards as Andy Dalton was contained and defended with his worst performance in his NFL career. Dalton completed only 10 of his 33 passes for 86 yards and three interceptions.

“We’ve got to find a way to be consistent,” Dalton said. “We haven’t been in the losses. I think that’s what it comes down to. Every week we have to come to play. We have to find a way to do that.”

It seems that Dalton started to lost the grip of winning after signing a $115 million contract in August as he ranked 29th in the passer rating in the NFL. He finished 2.0 passer rating last week against the Browns.

With the lost, Cincinnati still is in the second place of the AFC North. Offensively, Cincinnati averages 222.3 in passing and 117.4 in rushing. Defensively, Cincinnati yields 248.9 in passing and 143.0 in rushing.

While having a 4-5 record, the Saints are first in the NFC South, probably the weakest division in the NFL.

The Saints suffered a terrible 27-24 OT defeat at home against the SF 49ers. They failed to deliver the necessary plays to win the game.

Quarterback Drew Brees completed 28 of 47 passes for 292 yards and three touchdowns against two interceptions. Moreover, running back Mark Ingram rushed for 120 yards in 27 attempts.

New Orleans is still a team with high-powered offense with Brees. It would be necessary for the Bengals to contain the Saints in order to capture a victory on the road.

Offensively, New Orleans averages 304.8 yards in passing (3rd in the league) and 130.2 in rushing (6th in the league). Defensively, New Orleans yields 259.2 yards in passing and 106.8 in rushing.
