Brooklyn Nets vs Cleveland Cavaliers: TV Channel Schedule, Start Time, Scores and results


The Brooklyn Nets take on the Cleveland Cavaliers in one of the NBA games on Friday at 7:30 PM at the Quicken Loans Arena.

Cleveland (14-10) continues to find its groove with LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love. Cleveland wants to get back on track defensively to avoid its fourth loss in five games against the Brooklyn Nets.

The Cavaliers suffered a terrible defeat to Atlanta last Wednesday, 127-98, at home. James scored 21 points while Love added 13 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Irving produced only nine points for his team.

In the eight game-winning streak that the Cavaliers had, they contained their opponents to 91.6 poins on 43.6 percent shooting. However, they allowed 109.3 and 52 percent field goal while dropping three of their last four games.

Coach David Blatt is concerned about the current struggle when he said, “”That was embarrassing, how we played,”

Blatt said after the Cavs allowed 16-of-28 shooting from 3-point range. “I apologize to all the good fans who came out here.”

Brooklyn (10-14) is expected to play Kevin Garnett, who missed the back-to-back games. Deron Williams had 13 points against Cleveland this month. However, Williams has struggled also by hitting just 28 percept of his shots with an average of 12.8 per game.

Center Mason Plumlee will be the key for the Nets as he averages 18.3 points and 10 rebounds in the last four games. In a loss to Toronto las Wednesday, he scored 23 while Joe Johnson had 17.
