Monday Night Football scores and Updates: Broncos recapture the lead over the Bengals

Peyton Manning drilled in a touchdown pass to Emmanuel Sanders to put the Broncos on top 28-27 over the Bengals with 1:29 left in the third quarter. The Broncos already scored 21 points in the quarter.

The Cincinnati Bengals scored 20 points in a row without an answer from the Broncos in the second quarter. However, Denver are catching up with 14 points in the third quarter to have the score into 27-21.

After the touchdown from the Broncos, the Bengals offense went on to work to the six of Denver. Running back Jeremy Hill fumbled the ball for the Broncos to have a chance to recapture the lead. With three minutes left in the third, Peyton Manning lifted the Broncos into the 9 yard line of the Bengals.

Manning has completed 21 of 31 passes for 256 yards and two touchdowns against one interception. CJ Anderson has been struggling against the defense of the Bengals with 43 yards and a touchdown in 13 carries.

On the other side, Andy Dalton completed 13 of 18 passes for 116 yards and two touchdowns against one interception. Hill already had 127 yards and one touchdown on the ground.
