Sterling Shepard had 215 yards in seven receptions and a touchdown while Durron Neal had 71 yards in four receptions. Thus, the offense of the Sooners has the firepower to move on.

Oklahoma is not out for the college football playoffs after suffering a loss. The Sooners have to keep going and to win all their remaining games.

Offensively, Oklahoma averages 279.6 yards in passing and 208.6 yards in rushing. Defensively, Oklahoma yields 264 yards in passing and 109.6 yards in rushing per game.

Meanwhile, the Texas Longhorns are declining in the Big 12. Last Saturday, the Longhorns lost to Baylor, 28-7, because of a low-key performance in the passing offense.

Quarterback Tyrone Swoopes completed 16 of 34 passes for 144 yards with no touchdowns but two interceptions. The total yards in the air for Texas was so meager that they needed to do something about it.

Offensively, Texas averages 184.8 yards in passing and 134.4 in rushing. Defensively, Texan yields 134. yards in passing and 199 yards in rushing per game.

Jonathan Gray had 79 yards and Malcolm Brown had 55 yards on the ground. Surely, the ground game might be the answer for Texas to beat Oklahoma.
