San Beda nips EAC through Adeogun’s 25 points

Ola Adeogun had 25 points and 12 rebounds to lead San Beda College to a 96-80 victor over Emilio Aguinaldo College in the NCAA basketball tournament at the FilOil Flying V Arena in San Juan.

Adeogun was 10-of-15 shooting from the field in just 18 minutes of playing. His aggressiveness and accuracy on the floor caused San Beda to dominate EAC.

The Red Lions started to blow the game away through the triples of Baser Amer, 16-8. However, the EAC Generlass pulled of a rally to cut the deficit into four at 23-19. However, San Beda continued to destroy the offense of EAC with the halftime score of 40-27.

Red Lions stayed on top of the standings at 11-2 record. They will be against Letran on Saturday. EAC fell into 3-10 record. Jan Jamon was the leader of the Generals, who suffered their 10th defeat in 13 games, with 13 points.
