Denver Broncos vs New England Patriots: TV Channel Schedule, start time, scores and results

While Peyton Manning continues to break regular season NFL records, Tom Brady starts to play better as his team rides in a four-game winning streak.

The center of the football universe would be on Brady-Manning or Manning-Brady rivalry.

“Peyton has been a phenomenal player - so consistent and durable for a long period of time,” Brady said. “We’ve had a great rivalry in the AFC East (when Manning was with Indianapolis), and this year is no different.”

Brady is 10-5 career overall over Manning, both in Indianapolis and Denver. They are 2-2 in the play offs, but the last game went to Manning in the AFC Championship game last season, 26-16. The Broncos started well in a 20-0 start, that the Patriots couldn’t recover at all.

In the regular season in 2013, the Patriots pulled off a thrilling 34-31 overtime win against the Broncos. Brady threw for three touchdown passes in a come-from-behind victory after the Broncos posted a 24-0 halftime lead.

Offensively, New England averages 257.5 in passes and 105.6 in rushes. Defensively, New England yields 210.9 in passes and 129.6 in rushes.

Manning is always the key for Denver to win on the road. He already has 22 touchdowns passes, tied with Andrew Luck for the best in the NFL. Manning threw for three touchdowns in a 35-21 win over San Diego on Thursday Night Football.

Manning has plenty of wide receivers to throw to. He has the weapons to spread the offense in such a way that the opposing team cannot respond.

“It’s still early in the season,” Manning said in one of his interviews. “We’re still trying to figure out some things that we’re doing well and that we’re not doing well. Anytime you can win games while still trying to figure out what your identity is, that’s a good thing. We’re starting out on a three-game road stretch in one of the toughest places to play, so it’ll be tough.”

New England seeks to continue the 13 game winning streak in Foxborough as the team demolished Chicago 51-23 last week. Brady completed 30 of 35 passes for 354 yards and five touchdowns.

Offensively, Denver averages 297 yards per game in passes, third in the NFL, and 101.4 yards in rushes. Defensively, Denver yields 242.9 yards in passes and 72.4 in rushes, first in the league.
